We carry a range of formal gowns in different colours, silhouettes and sizes from designers including Nicoletta and Tania Olsen, with new styles and stock arriving throughout the season.

You can try different styles, see how the colours look in person and find the silhouette that suits you — rather than trying to guess from a photo online.

And if your formal date is getting close, choosing from our available stock means you don't need to worry about waiting for your gown to be made and delivered.

Can I Still Order a Formal Dress?

For some styles, yes — but timing is important.

Selected formal gowns can still be ordered, and rush options may also be available depending on the designer, style, colour and size.

At the moment, some rush orders are arriving around mid-October, so if your formal is in October or November, we recommend coming in as soon as possible.

We'll check availability and delivery timeframes for the particular gown you're interested in before you order, so you know whether it is suitable for your formal date.

Worried Someone at Your School Will Have the Same Dress?

We know this is a big concern when choosing a Year 12 formal dress.

At Elissa Jay Boutique, we keep a school formal registry of gowns purchased and ordered through us. When you choose your dress, we'll record your school and formal date so we can help avoid selling the same gown to another student attending the same formal.
