Order Process

Once the client has decided on the dress style, colour, size, and any other necessary dress information, the order can be processed, When all the members of the group have entered their dress order, the complete order is confirmed and submitted for production, Since all dresses are made to order, a deposit is required before we can begin production, Please note when ordering online your order is not complete until an Elissa Jay representative confirms your order via email. Contact your representative once you are ready to confirm your order. Please choose carefully as once the order is made it is not able to be changed and any monies paid are non-refundable.

Dye-lot Variations

We recommend the entire bridal party place their dress order together at once. We recommended this because the dresses will be cut from the same bolt of cloth. If your bridesmaids are choosing different style dresses I the same colour, keep in mind dye-lot variations can occur. The difference will not be drastic, but there may be slight shading differences between styles. This option is very popular for brides that have many different body-types n their bridal parties. This way everyone feels comfortable.


Extra material can be ordered at a charge of $15 meter for chiffon or satin material or $34 for sequin or lace material. It is recommended to order this at the time you are placing your dress order as the material will be from the same fabric and you will avoid the colour difference in fabric.


Our entire collection of dress is made based on standard sizing; dresses can only be ordered by size (2-30). Please note sizes 2-30 will incur a $15 charge from the manufacturer. Please refer to the sizing chart to see which size you best fall into. We will work with each individual to decide the best size for them, comparing their measurements to our sizing chart. If measurements are taken elsewhere, the client is responsible for those measurements and their accuracy. We recommend choosing the larger size if you fall in between sizes; as dresses can only be taken in, not let out. If a client chooses to order a size that is not recommended by one of our sales associates, the client must sign off on that size. We are not responsible for a dress that does not fit after a client has signed off on that size. If a new dress is needed due to incorrect sizing, the client will be charged full
